IRBY SPORTSMAN'S LUNCH
Irby Sportsman's Lunch, Friday 16th April 12.30 for 1pm start. To be held at Neston Cricket Club. Speakers include former Derbyshire and Essex and current Chairman of England (Test) Selectors, Geoff Miller, comedian Lea Roberts and MC Malcolm Lord. 3 course meal and drinks, ticket £50 a head, £500 a table of ten. Tickets from Dave Noble, Phil Rennie or Mike Newman Come and help out your Cricket Club. Every penny raised goes back into improving the club
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cricket Tour - 2010 The Club have booked a short tour for Club Members to Worcester. We intend to travel on Sunday 30th May (am), and will be staying Sunday and Monday nights – returning Tuesday 1st June during the day. It is our intention to play full games on Sunday and Monday – starting at 2pm. The cost of bed and breakfast is £37.50 per night or £52.50 per night depending on whether you want to share a twin room or you want a double room with single occupancy. If you are interested in joining the tour we will require a deposit of £10 per night, ie. £20.00 as soon as possible to secure your place. We have 14 places available and they will be booked on a “First come, First served” basis. Full payment will be required by the 12th April 2010. 2010 Club Lottery
This year's club lottery starts on 6 February. It costs £1 per week for 52 weeks with weekly prizes of £25 & £15 and bi-annual prizes of £200 & £100. The lottery is a valuable fundraiser for the club with the added bonus of prizes for members. Numbers for the year are still available for anyone interested.

Winter Nets
Winter Nets start on Sunday 31st January and will run every Sunday morning up to including 14th March. 10.30 until 12.00

Play cricket at Irby
If you fancy a game this season we are looking for players of all abilities to join Irby CC. Fielding four teams on a Saturday we can offer cricket to those of all abilities.
We've even got an Over 40's midweek team this year competing in the CCCL
Over 40's league so feel free to come out of retirement for some fun
midweek cricket (before you know it you'll be playing on a Saturday
too!)
